1. Request for participation until 15.03.2024 on e-mail: ketconference@vtu.bg. The request includes – title of the report, authors, organization, address for correspondence, annotation.
2. The reports should be sent to e-mail: ketconference@vtu.bg before 31.05.2024. Up to a maximum of 6 pages, according to the requirements:

3. Participants will receive confirmation of inclusion of their reports in the conference programme until 15.06.2024.
4. The reports will be reviewed and published in the scientific journal “Mechanics Transport Communications”, indexed in the following world-known scientific databases: ROAD, Googlescholar, Scientific Indexing Services, ERIHPLUS, J-gate.
5. Report presentation time is up to 10 minutes. Necessary technical resources will be provided at the conference.
6. Working languages of the conference: Bulgarian, English and Russian.
7. Participation fee – 120 BGN, for PhD students – 100 BGN, for foreign participants 120 EUR and 100 EUR for PhD students. The fee includes: up to two reports, conference proceedings, a set of materials, coffee breaks, a cocktail. Fees should be paid upon registration or by bank transfer to:
