About the conference
The conference with international participation “Machinery and Construction Technologies in Transport – 2026″ is organized by the Faculty of ” Machinery and Construction Technologies in Transport ” at the University of Transport “Todor Kableshkov” – Sofia and since its beginning in 2012 has been held once every two years.
The eighth edition of the conference – “MACHINERY AND CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES IN TRANSPORT – 2026”, will be held at the HOTEL COMPLEX “KAZA KARINA”, BANSKO from 7 to 9 OCTOBER 2026.
The main goal of the scientific conference with international participation ” Machinery and Construction Technologies in Transport ” is to create an interdisciplinary platform for the exchange of scientific knowledge, innovative ideas and good practices between scientists, researchers, teachers, doctoral students, students and business representatives in the area of professional fields: “Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy” and “Mechanical Engineering”.

WORKING LANGUAGES: Bulgarian, English, Russian.

PARTICIPATION FEES:

– A single report participation fee – 120 €;
– Each further report participation fee – 40 €;
– Fee for PhD students and young scientists – 90 €;
– Company presentations – fees include:

  • 500 €:
    – Presentation during a plenary session (in front of all participants)
    – Placing a company logo on an official website with an announcement
    – Placing banners and advertising materials in prominent places
    – Other company presentation at the discretion of the company
    – Report option
  • 300 € – Placing advertising banners and presenting in front of the relevant section
  • 200 € – Placing advertising banners

Participation fee includes: publication of materials, conference materials, access to the conference rooms, coffee breaks, official cocktail.
Accommodation is on an All inclusive basis and is not included in the fee.

REQUIREMENTS TO AUTHORS

Papers (main text and cited sources) in full up to 6 pages must be sent as a doc file (Word version – 2000 to Word – 2007) in compliance with the requirements described in the Sample Report Format and Description of Requirements: Primer2013.doc, on the link: https://mtc-aj.com/articles.htm

All reports submitted on time and corresponding to the topic and format, after review, will be published in the scientific journal “Mechanics, Transport, Communications” http://www.mtc-aj.com/academic-journal.php?lang=bg&body=articles. The journal “Mechanics Transport Communications” is indexed in the following world-renowned databases of scientific information: ROAD, Google scholar, Scientific Indexing Services, ERIH PLUS, J-gate
