On May 14 2025 at Todor Kableshkov University of Transport a graduation ceremony of the Class of 2025, Master degree, was held. The sunny spring morning gathered in the “Jubilee” Hall more than 110 graduates, their professors, relatives and friends.
The event traditionally started with the welcoming of our flag, after which the graduates were congratulated by the Rector Prof. Dr. Eng. Krasimir Krystanov, Mrs. Mariana Ivanova, Deputy Mayor of Slatina Municipality, Eng. Martin Angelov – Executive Director of ,,Holding BDZ” EAD, Mrs. Raya Guncheva – Public Relations Director of ,,Huawei Technologies Bulgaria”, Eng. Kiril Paskov – Deputy Director of ,,Stolichen Autotransport” EAD, Eng. Mr. Ivan Omayski.
A speech on behalf of the graduates was delivered by Elka Simeonova, a freshman of the faculty “Communications and Electrical Equipment in Transport” and a freshman of the specialty “Electrical Power Engineering and Electrical Equipment”. This year we are proud to have five graduates with an overall grade of Excellent 6.00 – Elka Simeonova, Angel Robertov, Pavlinka Georgieva, Tsvetelina Kangova and Dilmana Shopov. All the champions of faculties and specialties received their diplomas and honorary statuettes personally from the Rector.
The most exciting moment was when the graduates threw their caps high up, where their dreams and hopes are headed, following an old academic tradition. After the ceremony, the academic leadership, along with the honors graduates, planted a tree in the courtyard of the university that will grow and evolve with our graduates.
