BIOGRAFHY
Lecturer at the Department of “Technology, Organization and Management of Transport” at the Faculty of “Transport Management” of the “Todor Kableshkov” Technical University in the disciplines: “Theory of Transport Flows”, “Modeling and Optimization of Transport Processes” and “Operation and Management of the Vehicle Fleet in Transport Systems”.
Areas of research interests: Modeling and optimization of transport processes, systems for management and control of transport vehicles. Simulation modeling.
He has participated in over 20 research and commercial projects, including 6 international ones. Author of a textbook and over 30 publications in Bulgaria and abroad. Supervisor of over 50 successfully defended diplomas, as well as 3 doctoral students.
He has a number of qualifications in the field of information technology and transport. Specialization in UK/ Newcastle University 2013 in railway transport and logistics.
He has interests in the field of transport technologies and ecology.
He is also a member of the Academic Council and the Faculty Council of the Faculty of Transport Management,
Professional Development:
- from November 2025 – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Transport Management of the Todor Kableshkov Technical University
- from January 2025 – Head of the Department of Transport Technology, Organization and Management at the Faculty of Transport Management of the Todor Kableshkov Technical University
- from February 2018 – Associate Professor at the Department of Transport Technology and Organization at the Todor Kableshkov Technical University.
- from December 2000 to February.2018 – successively Assistant, Senior Assistant, and Chief Assistant at the Department of Transport Technology and Organization at the Todor Kableshkov Technical University – Sofia.
- from April 2015 to June 2025 – system administrator at ORTOTECH EOOD. Responsible for the maintenance of information systems operating in the company.
- from February 2008 to June 2015 – technical consultant, responsible for the system maintenance of specialized software products and ensuring the functioning of computer rooms for training at VTU.
- from Janyary.2005 to August.2008 – system administrator at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria.
- from 1995 to 1997 – dispatcher – stockist at Agrima – Vodoley AD.
from 1994 to 1995 – specialist in the construction and maintenance of building management systems at the company “NALDONIMPEX” Ltd. – Switzerland
