Visit to Vrana Palace

On May 15th, 2017, the rector of Todor Kableshkov University of Transport – prof. Daniela Todorova, Phd and the vice-rector in research and international relations – prof. Petar Kolev, DSc visited Varna Palace. They were welcomed by the executive director of the Historical Heritage Preservation Fund – Ivaylo Shalafov, PhD. The representatives of the university went through the palace with great interest as it is a significant part of the national archeological heritage of the country.

Prof. Todorova, PhD and prof. Kolev, DSc explained to mr. Shalafov, Phd the reason for their visit. It is directly related to the upcoming 95 year anniversary of Todor Kableshkov University of Transport, which institution was established with the signing of decree № 60 by King Boris III. The representatives of the University of Transport handed an invitation to Her Majesty Simeon II, in order to invite him to participate in the solemn celebrations, dedicated to the 95 years of the establishment of the university.
